The assessment

A cinematic, multilingual assessment students actually enjoy.

Instead of a form full of questions, students step into short scenes and make choices. Spark, a friendly guide bee, walks alongside them. It takes about fifteen minutes and works on any device with a browser.

Scenario questions

Real Indian moments rendered in a warm 3D world. Students choose what they would do, and each choice quietly carries a signal.

Three languages

The whole experience runs in English, Hindi and Marathi. A student picks a language and stays comfortable throughout.

Read-aloud built in

Every prompt can be read aloud, so a student who reads slowly is never left behind by the text.

Explorer and Compass

Younger students get Explorer, an adventurous, explore-only framing. Older students get Compass, framed around direction and choice.

Pause and resume

A student can stop and pick up later without losing progress, so a bell or a break never means starting over.

Any device, accessible

Phone, tablet or lab computer, no install. Read-aloud, plain language and clear choices keep it usable for a wide range of students.

The science & scoring

Four honest signals, read by an engine that never guesses.

Gyatra measures who a student is from several angles, then reads them together. The scoring engine is deterministic, it computes every number straight from the answers, so the same answers always give the same result.

Interests

RIASEC map

What a student is naturally drawn to across Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising and Conventional interests. This is the heart of the report.

Personality

Big Five

How a student tends to show up, across openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and emotional intensity.

Aptitude

Reasoning

How they think, in words, numbers, patterns and space. Shared as reasoning strengths, never as an IQ number.

Social-emotional

Soft signals

Gentle signals about how a student relates and copes, kept on the counsellor side and never turned into a diagnosis.

Deterministic

Test-relative strengths

Every number is a strength within this test, relative to the student's own answers, never a rank against other children.

Honest

Confidence badges

Each result carries a badge, Clear signal, Emerging or More data needed, so no one over-reads a faint pattern.

The report

The Constellation, one profile written for two audiences.

When a student finishes, Gyatra assembles the Constellation report. It turns four signals into a warm, readable map, with career roadmaps a family can act on and deeper detail kept for the counsellor.

Interest star-map

An interest star-map with the student's three strongest signals, plus a three-letter Holland code that sums up the shape.

Strengths in plain bands

Personality and learning strengths described in plain bands, never a raw aptitude number for parents to misread.

Career roadmaps

Up to three career directions matched to the whole profile, each with a stream, a rough roadmap and indicative pay shown as a range only.

Parent view

Parents see interests, personality and directions in warm language, with concrete next steps and honest caveats.

Counsellor view

Counsellors get a separate, deeper view with aptitude, work-values and social-emotional signals, plus talking points.

Confidence, on the page

The confidence badge sits right on the report, so everyone reading it knows how clear the signal really was.

Counsellor dashboard

Run a whole school from one calm dashboard.

The school side is built for the person actually running the programme. Share one link, watch students appear as they finish, and read the class as a group, not just one child at a time.

One registration link

Share a single link with a class. Students self-register and land in the right window, no spreadsheets of logins to hand out.

Live self-registration

Students appear on the dashboard the moment they join and update as they progress, so you always know where the class stands.

Windows per class

Open an assessment window for a class or grade, set when it runs, and close it when you are done.

Class-level insight

See the shape of a whole class, the common interests and strengths, to plan sessions and stream conversations.

Wellbeing flags

Optional wellbeing screening surfaces gentle flags for a counsellor to follow up privately, never a public label.

Report-card enrichment

Add report cards to give career matches academic context, so guidance sits alongside how a student is actually doing.

Independent counsellors get the same dashboard, organised around a caseload instead of a school, with groups to keep different cohorts tidy. See what counsellors get →

Privacy & security

Built carefully, because it is a children's product.

Guidance only helps if families trust it. Gyatra is designed so the sensitive parts stay protected and each school stays separate from every other.

Camera

Shown, never recorded

In supervised mode the camera preview is on screen for presence only. No video is ever recorded or saved.

Isolation

Each school on its own

Every school sees only its own students. One school's data is never visible to another.

Access

Two-step staff login

Staff accounts use mandatory two-step login, so a leaked password alone is not enough to get in.

Sensitivity

Counsellor-only results

Aptitude, work-values and social-emotional signals stay with counsellors and never reach the parent view.
