About

Every student deserves an honest map.

Gyatra is a career discovery platform built in India, for Indian classrooms. We help students find what sparks them, and we say what is true about them, without ever putting a label on the child.

The mission

Help every student find what sparks them.

Most young people in India are asked to choose a stream or a career long before anyone has helped them understand themselves. We think that is the wrong order. Gyatra exists to give every student a warm, grounded look at their own interests, personality and strengths, so the choices that follow are their own.

A career map should open doors, not close them. So Gyatra points to directions to explore, never a single destiny, and it is honest when a child's interests are still forming rather than handing a family a confident label that is not true.

What we will not do

  • No IQ score, and no rank against other children.
  • No label, no verdict, no closing a door on a young person.
  • No invented careers or numbers, the engine computes every result from the answers.
  • No selling of children's data, ever.

The approach

Rigorous where it counts, warm where it matters.

Behind the calm surface is a serious assessment. Interests are read through RIASEC, personality through the Big Five, and reasoning through an aptitude view of verbal, numerical, spatial and pattern thinking. Every number comes from a transparent, deterministic engine that never guesses.

Around those numbers we choose warmth. Results reach families in plain language, framed as strengths and directions rather than clinical scores. And where the signal is genuinely unclear, we say so, with an honest confidence badge, instead of pretending to a certainty we do not have. Being honest about uncertainty is part of respecting the child.

Built for India

Made for Indian classrooms, not translated into them.

Gyatra was designed here, for the students, streams and careers our schools actually face.

Three languages

English, Hindi and Marathi

The whole student journey works in three languages, with read-aloud built into each, so language is never the reason a child cannot take part.

Indian context

Real streams and careers

Directions, streams, entrance exams and indicative pay come from a curated catalogue built for the Indian context, not borrowed from somewhere else.

Calm design

Warm, unhurried, honest

A cinematic, scenario-based journey that feels kind to a nervous student, with Spark, a friendly guide bee, alongside them the whole way.

What we value

The principles behind every report.

  • Honesty. We would rather admit uncertainty than sell a confident label that is not true.
  • Dignity of the child. A student is a person to be understood, never a number to be ranked or a type to be filed away.
  • Evidence. Every result is computed from the answers, grounded in frameworks psychologists trust.
  • Warmth. Rigour does not have to feel cold. Guidance should feel like care.

Who makes Gyatra

A product of IRAA Software Solution.

Gyatra is a product of IRAA Software Solution. It is built by a small team that cares about getting a children's product right, and we would rather move carefully and stay honest than promise more than we can stand behind.

What is coming next

The same care, across the school day.

Gyatra is our first step. Next, the same team is building the IRAA School ERP, one calm system to bring together the everyday work of running a school, with the same privacy-first, warm approach.
